A: You can buy all bikes with headlights and taillights, but they are primarily designed as off-road bikes. Check your local regulations, as modifications may be needed for road registration.
Q: How does the Hengjian bikes compare to european manufactures?
A: They share similar / identical engine architecture, suspension and a lot of other components of way more expensive bikes. They have also some upgraded features compared to other brands. At the moment european dealers have a better dealer support because of an bigger dealer network. However, at less than half the price, the Hengjian bikes offers incredible value for there money.
Q: Where can I buy the a HJ-Moto / Hengjian?
A: Currently available through our new onlinestore and at local resellers in some countries. We cannot recommend buying vehicles from shady dealers. If the prices seem too good to be true, there’s often a reason.
Q: How’s the parts availability?
A: Excellent compatibility – both engine components and body panels are interchangeable with european models. The SZC-branded suspension can use WP parts for the most part. You get pretty much every part in europe at different dealers & shops, you can get everything from us directly and you can also use different supplies like aliexpress and more.
Q: Does it come with a warranty?
A: Warranty terms depend on the seller. If you buying the bike from some shady dealer, there is no warranty and no support. If you purchase the bike from our official store, you get a 2 years warranty on the bike and all the support you need. With us, you get the complete worry-free package: more time to ride and less headaches!
Q: How long does it take from placing the order to receive the bike?
A: Production of the bike is usually 4 weeks, the shipping process from china to europe takes 7-8 weeks. You should definitely plan for 3 months, in case of unforeseen circumstances, it could take longer.
Q: How do I receive the bike when I use shipping?
A: We ship the vehicles insured, using our excellent delivery network, right to your doorstep. The entire process is handled through reliable shipping companies and courier services.
Q: Do the vehicles arrive assembled, or is there still some work to be done?
A: The vehicles arrive in special transport boxes. Only a few steps are required to put them into operation, this process usually takes no longer than 1-1.5 hours.
Q: I configured and ordered a vehicle, but now I don’t want it after all. Can I cancel the order?
A: Unfortunately not. Each vehicle is ordered and built according to customer specifications. As this is a special order, returns are not accepted.
Q: Is buying an bike through Alibaba safe and why is it cheaper?
A: While Alibaba sometimes offers buyer protection, always verify seller ratings, request detailed photos/videos of the actual bike, and confirm shipping/import costs before purchasing. All the prices are without shipping, without VAT, without import TAX, without handling fees and much more. We cannot recommend buying vehicles from shady dealers. If the prices seem too good to be true, there’s often a reason. Furthermore, there is no guarantee when buying from Alibaba, and there is no assurance that the vehicle will even arrive. Q: What’s the weight with fuel and fluids?
A: Depending on the bikes. The lightest bikes start approximately 110kg ready to ride with all fluids and a full tank.
Q: What’s the maintenance like on a Chinese 2-stroke?
A: Since it uses a european style engine, pretty much all parts are interchangeable. Regular 2-stroke maintenance (piston changes, power valve cleaning, etc.) applies. You get all the spare parts needed directly from us. Feel free to send us a email and we will help you.
Q: Are the bikes good for beginners?
A: We have the perfect vehicles for all experience levels. For complete beginners we can recommend bikes like the s1-yb300h, the s6-yb250h or the s8-yb300h. Those are the perfect bikes to start riding offroad. More experienced riders will appreciate the hard enduro capabilities of our 2 stroke line up.
